What is Little Shop Joy?

Little Shop Joy is a handmade accessory and tee shop! Each handmade item is created by me, Jackie, in the my home based office in SC! I created Little Shop Joy after suddenly becoming a single mom to 2 kids. I wasn't able to find a job that would work around my kids short school schedule A sewing machine and couple machine laters, Little Shop Joy was born. 



What kind of bandana styles do you guys have? 

We have two bandana styles!

  • Scrunchie Bandanas -Our scrunchie bandanas feature an elastic band that allows for super comfort! No more pinching fur or uncomfortable knots! Just slide it over your pet’s head! 
  • Tie on Bandana - Our tie on bandanas are the classic tie on bandanas. Just tie on your fur baby and you are ready to go!

How do I customize my pet's bandana? 

All of our customization options are here. Each option has detailed instructions! Please don't forget a note  to prevent shipping delays. 

Are bow ties machine washable?  Bow ties are not machine washable. They can be removed from collar and rinsed with warm water and mild soap, then left to dry naturally. Direct sunlight may cause fading.


When will my order ship? 
Because all of our items are handmade and made to order, orders usually ship within 5 -16 business days. Our shipping timeframe does not include weekends, holidays or periods of high sales that we experience during sales and free giveaways. Our shipping timeframe is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
How long will it take to get my order?
Once we ship your order, your tracking number will be sent by email. Please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking number to update. US orders usually take 2-4 business days to be delivered once your item has been received and scanned in by USPS. International orders can take up to 21 business days to be delivered.
Can you rush my order?
Yes! We can rush your order! Please select the shipping option during check out! Rush orders will be shipped within 2 business days.
I haven't received my tracking number. How do I find my tracking number? 
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email. Please sent your inbox, junk or spam folder.  
Why hasn't my tracking updated? 
Because we ship a lot of packages at once, some packages may not have gotten scanned in right away.  Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to updated. 
My tracking number says that it was delivered but it's not in my mailbox. Where is my order?
Please contact your local post office and let them know. All inquires about the delivery of your order can only be handled by USPS or your local post office. Once your order ships and is accepted by USPS, we cannot be held responsible for any items lost by USPS. 


Do you pay customs' fees or taxes? Our shipping cost does not include customs' fees or taxes. We are not responsible for customs' fees or taxes. Please contact your customs office for more information. Any orders that are returned because the customs’ fee or taxes were not paid will be issued a refund minus the full shipping cost of $14.50 and a 35% restocking fee. We charge the restocking fee because it's not fair to us to take time to create your order when we can be creating orders for other customers. 

Can I return, exchange or cancel my order?  Because our items are made to order just for your fur baby and may have personalization options (name add on, ‘Follow Me’, etc), we do not accept returns or cancellations. We want you to love your order and if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve your issue!  

What should I do if I entered in the wrong shipping address? Please contact us ASAP so that we can get it updated for you! Once we ship your order, no more changes will be allowed. Any order that is returned back to us because of the wrong shipping address will be issued a merchandise credit minus the cost of shipping. Domestic shipping is $5.99 and international shipping is $14.50. If you would like your order to be reshipped, you will be responsible for the full shipping cost. Any orders that are ‘return to sender’ are subject to a merchandise credit minus shipping costs.

We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address. If your order is shipped to an incorrect address, we cannot be held liable to reship your order. 

If your order is unable to delivered and it is returned to us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to reship your order. 

Do you ship worldwide? Heck yeah, we do!



Can I return or exchange my order? 

 Because our items are made to order just for your fur baby and may have personalization options (name add on, ‘Follow Me’, etc), we do not accept exchanges or returns.  We want you to love your order and if you are not completely satisfied or if your item is defective, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order so we can resolve your issue!
